Welcome

Macro-Wellness is a longevity and performance practice focused on the foundations that allow teams to perform well now — and keep performing over time. It was created to address a gap I kept seeing: organisations optimise strategy, incentives and technology — while ignoring the “operating system”: the biological foundations of the people making the decisions.

Macro-Wellness mission: healthy people, healthy business

Macro-Wellness focuses exactly on resolving this problem: putting optimal capacity back into the workplace. We work with leadership and high-impact teams who want to improve their health in a sustained way so they can feel and perform better. The work is centred on:

  • improving energy, mood, recovery and mental clarity
  • elevating your sense of satisfaction and wellbeing, as a team and as an individual
  • building resilience to sustained pressure
  • creating behavioural systems that last beyond motivation

You should feel the benefits early — more energy, better mood, more motivation, better stress management, clearer thinking, better recovery — while building a foundation that continues to compound. Ultimately, all the benefits return back to the business: a team that delivers results — and a culture that is fun and people want to be part of. So, Finance Director, if you’re reading this, you’re not funding “wellness”, you’re protecting business results.

The problem: burnout isn’t drama – it’s operational risk.

Modern health & wellness programmes are optimised for speed and surface results. Quick fixes, random influencers, rotating science, and interventions that look effective — until they stop working. No business needs to teach its people yet another breathing technique! In high-pressure workplaces, performance quietly degrades before anyone calls it a “problem”: sleep debt, chronic stress and poor recovery. It’s an issue of depleted capacity. And depleted capacity costs: more sick days, higher turnover, lower output, more mistakes, and worse decisions.

The goal isn’t to turn work into a wellness retreat. It’s to make high performance feel engaging, fun and, most importantly, achievable.

How change actually happens: a system eats motivation for lunch

Lasting change doesn’t come from willpower or information overload.

Macro-Wellness focuses on:

  • behaviour, not hacks
  • systems, not intensity
  • repeatable habits, not motivation

The work is practical, measured for impact, and designed to fit real professional lives — not idealised routines.

What comes next

Macro-Wellness works with teams through focused, structured engagements.
Details are intentionally limited — this work is selective and context-specific. If you’re exploring how to improve performance and build the foundation for a sustained healthy team, you’re in the right place.

The Macro-Wellness Habit System (10 weeks)

A cohort-based programme (typically max 10 people).
Everyone goes through the programme together, on the same timeline. That’s how habits stick — and how team norms change.

What you get

  • 10 weekly live sessions (c. 1-2hrs, usually in-person) — learn, design one habit, commit
  • 10 weekly Habit Labs (2hrs, 1-on-1 drop-ins) — Q&A, troubleshooting, accountability
  • Done-for-you habit menus across the 4 pillars
  • Slack/email nudges (2 per week) to keep momentum
  • Baseline + post pulse + a short impact summary

How it works (the method)

We use evidence-led behaviour change — systems that make habits stick (inspired by Atomic Habits):

  • systems > motivation
  • tiny habits that compound
  • environment design (calendar, meetings, home, office)
  • make it obvious, easy, and fun

Measured changes and business impact

By week 10, participants typically report:

  • better stress control and calmer decision-making
  • healthier team collaboration (meetings, boundaries, problem-solving)
  • fewer energy crashes and improved focus
  • better sleep consistency and recovery
  • more movement without “finding time”

Every engagement includes a simple baseline and post-programme pulse, plus habit adoption and attendance. We track: sleep quality, motivation, decision clarity, daytime energy, stress manageability, mood stability, and consistency of the core habits. You get an anonymised sponsor summary at the end — what moved, what didn’t, and what to adjust if you scale. When you scale, these leading indicators can be tracked alongside business KPIs like absence, retention/turnover and productivity metrics, to test impact over time.

My story

Hi, I’m Yannis, founder of Macro-Wellness. My passion for helping people and my obsession with longevity is what made me create Macro-Wellness.

My background spans senior marketing and leadership environments, alongside formal training in health coaching, personal training and behaviour change. I work at the intersection of performance, longevity and behaviour change, with a specific focus on how people operate under continuous pressure.

If your work depends on your brain, it also depends on your diet, your exercise, your mood and your relationships.

I’m Greek, London-based, and I’ve spent most of my adult life in demanding environments where performance is non-negotiable. I’ve also had to rebuild my own operating system — from gut health issues and anxiety in my 30s, to the physical cost of desk-life and burnout in my 40s, … most recently the loss of my partner after 20 years together. All this sharpened my understanding of regulation, recovery, and what resilience looks like when it isn’t a quote on a wall.

Macro-Wellness is the distillation of that experience into a practical method: simple habits, designed to stick, across four pillars — nutrition, movement, connection and regulation — so teams can perform well now and keep performing over time.

I’m a certified holistic health coach (College of Naturopathic Medicine), ICF-approved coaching training, and a member of relevant professional associations (ANP and UK Health Coaches) .
