The Macro-Wellness Habit System (10 weeks)

You get an anonymised sponsor summary at the end — what moved, what didn’t, and what to adjust if you scale. When you scale, these leading indicators can be tracked alongside business KPIs like absence, retention/turnover and productivity metrics, to test impact over time.
