How it works
This is not therapy. It’s a practical operating system to help you achieve your goals, no matter what they are. We use four principles to make behaviours stick:
- Make it obvious: cues and triggers tied to your life
- Make it easy: minimum effective dose habits
- Make it satisfying: fast feedback and visible progress
- Make it automatic: defaults, repetition and environment design so it runs without willpower
We meet weekly or bi-weekly for 60 minutes. Each session has one objective: diagnose what’s getting in the way, design the next step, and leave with clear actions for the week. We monitor progress and then repeat in the following session.
Pricing
Standard 1:1: £100-£150 per 60 minutes
Executive 1:1: £200–£300 per 60 minutes
Pricing depends on scope and level of support. If your objectives require it, we can structure the work as a sprint or a longer engagement.
